This is uncharted territory but we know that the effects of this epidemic is lasting. The catastrophic impact of COVID-19 has brought immense trauma to first responders and families who have lost a loved one.  Many of us also experience isolation, depression, the instability of finances, and fear of the future.  

You may have experienced nightmares, insomnia, hopelessness, or panic as a result of the pandemic.  There is hope for healing from these catastrophic events.  You and I will address these problems so you can move on to live your life with a sense of peace, joy and happiness once again.
